Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality digital services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our services, including website design, web development, landing page design, SEO services, digital marketing, and digital products such as hosting, domains, themes, plugins, software licenses, and other digital tools.

1. Overview

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with full supporting details. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

Refunds are strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Third-party costs and non-refundable items are excluded in all cases.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Failure to Deliver Services

A refund may be considered if:

  • We are unable to provide the agreed service
  • The project cannot be completed due to reasons directly attributable to our team
  • We fail to begin the project within a reasonable period after receiving all required information and payment
  • We fail to deliver the project within the mutually agreed timeline without a valid reason

2.2 Partial Completion

If a project has been partially completed but cannot be finished due to circumstances attributable to our company, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work remaining. The completed portion of the project will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Non-Refundable Items

⚠ The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

3.1 Domain Registration

All domain registrations are non-refundable once purchased from the registrar.

3.2 Hosting Services

Hosting plans, VPS services, cloud hosting, server setup fees, and related hosting expenses are non-refundable after activation.

3.3 Premium Themes, Plugins & Software

Any premium theme, plugin, software license, API subscription, SaaS subscription, third-party service, or digital tool purchased on behalf of the client is non-refundable.

3.4 Consultation & Strategy Fees

Consultation fees, strategy sessions, discovery sessions, audits, planning sessions, and advisory services are non-refundable.

3.5 Third-Party Costs

Any payment made to third-party providers on behalf of the client is non-refundable, including:

  • Domain registration fees
  • Hosting fees
  • Premium software licenses
  • Advertising costs
  • API costs and cloud services
  • Design assets, stock images, and stock videos

4. Client-Caused Delays

Refund requests will not be accepted if project delays or failures occur because the client:

Fails to provide required content:

  • Fails to provide login credentials or access
  • Fails to provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe
  • Fails to approve milestones
  • Changes project requirements repeatedly after work has commenced
  • Becomes unresponsive during the project
    In such situations, the project timeline may be extended accordingly and any additional costs incurred will be billed to the client.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

Before Work Starts

A refund may be issued after deducting any applicable transaction fees, administrative fees, or third-party costs already incurred.
After Work Starts

The refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed. The company reserves the right to deduct:

  •  Administrative and project management costs
  • Labour costs for design and development work completed
  • Any third-party expenses already incurred
    Cancellation Fee: ⚠ A cancellation fee of 10% to 20% of the total project value may be deducted to cover administrative and operational costs where applicable.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 30 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer (local or international)
  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Original payment channel where applicable

The company reserves the right to choose the most appropriate refund method based on the original payment channel and amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of search rankings or advertising performance
  • Indirect damages or consequential damages

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be applicable where delays or service interruptions are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters or internet outages
  • Government actions or legal restrictions
  • Cyberattacks or hosting provider failures
  • Domain registrar failures
  • Third-party service disruptions (Google, Meta, Shopify, etc.)

10. How to Submit a Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting details, including:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order or invoice number
  • Description of the issue and reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots, communications, or evidence
